采用6σ原理分析和控制钢中非金属夹杂物在冶炼过程中的行为,依据其分析结果,找出影响夹杂物的工艺过程,并采取措施改进冶炼工艺。从而降低了钢中夹杂物,显著的提高了首次检验合格率。项目实施的7个月时间,夹杂物的首次检验合格率从88.2%提高到97%.
The 6σ principle is used to analyze and control the behavior of nonmetallic inclusions in steel during the smelting process. According to the analysis results, the process of influencing inclusions is found and measures are taken to improve the smelting process. Thus reducing the inclusions in steel, significantly improving the first test pass rate. During the 7 months of project implementation, the first pass of inclusions inspection increased from 88.2% to 97%.
