(一)草药“金钱草”以治“结石”病而享盛名,一般常见的有五种,它们分属于五个不同的科,学名是(1)Lysimachia christinae Hance(樱草科);(2)Dichondra repens Forst.(旋花科);(3)Desmodium styracifolium (Osb.)Merr.(豆科);(4)Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam.var.batrachium(Hance)Hand.-Mazz.((?)形科);和(5)Glechoma hederacea L.(唇形科)。其中第(1)种经中医研究院附属医院临床试验,认为对肝胆结石疗效显著,尤以新鲜品为佳。主产四川,商品名“金钱草”,又名“大金钱草”,植物名“过路黄”。(二)本草纲目拾遗之“金钱草”,应为唇形科植物Glechoma hederacea L. (三)草药“金钱草”的药用部份为全草,花、果常缺如,故生药外形鑑定,以叶与茎的鑑别特征为主。兹扼要地列表区别如次:(见下页) (四)草药“金钱草”生药外形检索表: 1.茎直立,密具黄棕色毛茸,小叶1或3枚,顶端小叶近圆形,全缘,羽状脉明显,正面无毛,背面密具灰白色毛茸——广金钱草Desmodium styracifolium(Osb.)Merr. 1.茎蔓性2.叶全缘3.叶心形,主脉一条,侧脉不明显,全部光滑无毛,质厚,稍肉质。——大金钱草Lysimachia christinae Hance 3.叶腎形,较粗的叶脉有五条,掌状分佈,背面疏具白毛或灰黄色毛茸,质薄——小金钱草Dichondra repens Forst. 2.叶非全缘3.茎方形,叶圆心臓形,叶缘呈凸波状——江苏金钱草Glechoma hederacea L. 3.茎不为方形,常织细而扭曲,叶掌状深裂,以5裂为常见,稀至7裂,每裂片顶端开阔又三小裂,每小裂又具三齿牙,其居中央者为钝齿——江西金钱草Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam.var.batrachium (Hance)Hand.-Mazz.
(1) Herbal “Lysimachia” is famous for the treatment of “stone stone” disease. There are five common species. They belong to five different families. Their scientific names are: (1) Lysimachia christinae Hance (Primula); (2) )Dichondra repens Forst. (convolvulaceae); (3) Desmodium styracifolium (Osb.) Merr. (fabaceae); (4) Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lam.var.batrachium (Hance) Hand.-Mazz. ((?) ()) and (5) Glechoma hederacea L. (Lamiaceae). Of which (1) was clinically tested by the Affiliated Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it was considered that the curative effect of hepatobiliary stones was significant, especially fresh products. The main producer is Sichuan, whose trade name is “Litter Money”, also known as “Large Money Grass”, and the name of the plant is “Lv Huang.” (2) The “Laccaoides” picked up by the Compendium of Materia Medica should be the family of Glechoma hederacea L. (c) The medicinal part of herbal medicine “Lysimachia L.” is whole grass, and flowers and fruits are often absent. Therefore, the appearance of crude drugs is identified.
