随着我国经济水平的不断提高以及全球经济一体化,在此大趋势下国内外的企业越来越重视人力资源管理的建设。21世纪人才最重要,在同等情况下,人才作为一个变量,对于企业经济效益的增长起到了助推的作用。以人为本,重视人才,培养人才才是电力企业谋求长足发展的必经之道,也是电力企业永葆活力的上上之策。本文就电力人力资源管理对于企业经济效益的影响以及管理方面的策略进行简单的分析。
