《资产评估法》是我国自建国以来的第一部关于财产评估方面的基本大法,它的颁布实施有助于扭转当前评估行业的乱象,切实保护国有资产不被流失,保护社会各方当事人的合法权益,评估行业从此有法可依了。本文剖析了《资产评估法》(以下简称为“本法”)对五方当事人提出的更高更严格的要求,对过去已有的评估行业准则和规程规范的相关规定不在本文中赘述。
