我厂齿轮车间于69年投产,以生产机床齿轮为主,齿轮精度指标为 JB 179—60标准的7级和8级。这个车间的特点是:1.产品品种多、批量小。品种包括本省生产的十多种类型机床的齿轮及工矿配件用齿轮,还有本地区部分农机齿轮,有上千种;批量少者一、二件,多者百余件。2.生产方式复杂。有来料全过程加工、来锻坯车、齿加工,来轮坯齿形加工等多种形式。3.新工人多。青年工人占66.2%,全车间工人平均只有1.85级。72年以前,由于我们中了林贼反革命修正主义路线的毒,过分强调客观上的困难,把提高产品质量视为目前
