由于冶炼和连续铸钢工艺的完善,不但能扩大产量,同时也扩大了浇铸的钢种和铸坯断面。目前正在研究解决生产无缝钢管的圆形连铸坯的问题。用这样的钢坯来生产无缝钢管可以提高其经济效果。无缝钢管在螺旋横轧的特定条件下,对于钢坯的表面质量和中心密度有很高的要求。圆管坯可以用方形或矩形连铸坯通过钢坯轧机的轧制生产出来,但是再加工过程带来了金属损失和多余的生产消耗。采用连铸连轧则大大改善了圆管坯生产的技术经济指标:由于减少了切头去尾和加热烧损,可以提高成材率;利用铸坯热量,省去中间堆存
Due to the refinement of smelting and continuous casting process, not only can increase the output, but also expand the cast steel and slab section. At present, we are studying and solving the problem of round slab for producing seamless steel pipe. The production of seamless steel tubes with such billets can improve their economic performance. Seamless steel pipe in the spiral cross-rolling under the specific conditions, the billet surface quality and density of the center have high requirements. Round tubes can be produced by rolling billets from square or rectangular billets, but the reworking process results in metal losses and excess production costs. The use of continuous casting and rolling is greatly improved the technical and economic indicators of the production of round billet: due to reduce the head and tail and heat burning, can improve the rate of finished products; the use of slab heat, eliminating the need for intermediate storage
