随着对鼻咽癌研究的深入,有关鼻咽柱状上皮鳞状化生与鼻咽癌发生的关系问题,在国内引起了人们的注意。然而,迄今还没有取得一致的认识。本文目的在于观察鼻咽柱状上皮储备细胞增生的表现形式;它与鳞状化生的关系;鼻咽粘膜鳞状化生的组织学特点和转归;并就鳞状化生与鼻咽癌发生的关系作一分析,以便为进一步研究鼻咽癌的组织发生学提供基础。
With the deepening of the research on nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the relationship between the squamous metaplasia of nasopharyngeal epithelium and the occurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma has caused people’s attention in China. However, no consensus has yet been reached. The purpose of this article is to observe the manifestations of the proliferation of the nasopharyngeal columnar epithelial reserve cells; its relationship with squamous metaplasia; the histological features and outcome of squamous metaplasia of nasopharyngeal mucosa; and the occurrence of squamous metaplasia and nasopharyngeal carcinoma An analysis of the relationship was made to provide the basis for further study of the histogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
