本文通过分析馏分油高温短接触催化裂解过程的特点 ,建立了催化剂上结焦失活反应的动力学模型。从该模型出发 ,考察了进料浓度、气固接触时间和反应温度对结焦速率的影响 ,并利用实验数据对模型进行了验证。根据理论分析和实验回归 ,得到了适用于本过程的结焦动力学方程 ,为进一步的研究工作打下了基础。
In this paper, the kinetic model of coking inactivation on the catalyst was established by analyzing the characteristics of catalytic cracking process of short-time high-temperature distillate oil. Based on the model, the effects of feed concentration, gas-solid contact time and reaction temperature on coking rate were investigated. The experimental data were used to verify the model. According to the theoretical analysis and experimental regression, the kinetic equation of coking suitable for this process is obtained, which lays the foundation for further research work.
