9月8日,由中国食品科学技术学会主办的主题为“挂面的突围与方便面的创新”专题在国家会议中心举行。此次专题不仅为挂面同行提供了一年一度相聚的机会,也为大家交流技术与感情提供了良好契机。本次专题由河南工业大学食品学院教授陆启玉主持。
On September 8th, the topic “Innovation for Breaking and Instant Noodles in Noodles” hosted by the China Food Science and Technology Society was held at the National Convention Center. This special topic not only provides an opportunity for annual meeting of the noodle counterparts, but also provides a good opportunity for everyone to exchange technology and feelings. The topic was chaired by Professor Lu Qiyu from the Food College of Henan Polytechnic University.
