Starting from the first “Deep Sea Research and Earth System Science Symposium” (predecessor of the Earth System Science Conference) in 2010, the conference secretariat publishes a daily tabloid meeting in conjunction with the conference schedule. The name of the newspaper, “Conference Express,” as its name implies, is intended to cover the latest progress of the conference and facilitate the participants in understanding the dynamics of the conference. As far as I know, this is a new thing in domestic academic conferences. The AGU Fall Meeting, a world-class international convention, has traditionally issued a daily newspaper that lists the time series of reports for each day of the special day and serves as a schedule for the participants to attend the day. In contrast, Meeting Alerts is rich in content and is positioned to provide attendees with an interlibrary reading. Therefore, the contents of the tabloid set “Today’s Aspect ” - In a funny language to introduce the topic of the day to attract the audience, “venue courier ” - the previous day reports in all the venue, tidbits, “People interview” - Exclusive interview with “News People” in the conference. For example, in the 4th “Conference Express,” we not only interviewed deep-dive experts and female reporters who went to sea, but also reported
