半滑舌鳎皮肤溃疡病是在半滑舌鳎养殖过程中经常出现的疾病。为确定该疾病的病原和筛选出有效地治疗药物,本研究从患皮肤溃疡病的半滑舌鳎病灶中分离到1株细菌。细菌形态观察、生化特性鉴定等试验结果表明,该菌为革兰阴性,呈弧形,单鞭毛;能产生接触酶、精氨酸双水解酶和氧化酶,V-P反应阳性,不产生吲哚,不能分解山梨醇和甘露醇;不能在42℃环境下生长。16s rRNA基因序列和系统发育树分析发现,该菌株序列与创伤弧菌同源性为100%。因此,证明该菌为创伤弧菌。同时,动物回归试验证明该菌有较强致病能力。药敏试验结果显示,该菌对痢特灵、氧氟沙星、氨曲南等敏感,对左氧氟沙星、卡那霉素、新霉素等耐药。
Half slippery tongue 鳎 skin ulcer disease is a common disease in the breeding process of the half-smooth tongue sole. In order to identify the pathogen of the disease and to screen for effective therapies, one strain of bacteria was isolated from the lesion of the half-smooth tongue of skin ulcer disease. Bacterial morphology observation, biochemical characterization and other test results show that the bacteria is Gram-negative, curved, single flagella; can produce contact enzymes, arginine dihydrolase and oxidase, VP reaction was positive, does not produce indole, Can not break down sorbitol and mannitol; can not grow in 42 ℃ environment. 16s rRNA gene sequence and phylogenetic tree analysis found that the sequence of the strain and Vibrio vulnificus homology was 100%. Therefore, the bacteria proved to be Vibrio vulnificus. At the same time, animal regression test proved that the bacteria have strong pathogenicity. Susceptibility test results show that the bacteria on furazolidone, ofloxacin, aztreonam and other sensitive to levofloxacin, kanamycin, neomycin resistance.
