倡导资源共享化的现代高职院校共享机制研究已经是一个热门话题,高职院校在注重内涵建设的同时,也加大了学生实训环节硬件建设的投入。本文以辽宁省交通高等专科学校建筑工程系隧道综合实训场为例,分析其可实现功能后,创新性的提出了动态分配系数法,即针对不同时段的隧道实训场实训环节,采用不同的权重系数a,来达到具体的实现目标,这样实现动态评定管理系统。该运行模式可为其它实训场提供一定实用借鉴。
Research on sharing mechanism of modern higher vocational colleges advocating resource sharing has become a hot topic. While paying attention to the connotation construction, higher vocational colleges also increase the input of hardware construction for students’ practical training links. In this paper, taking Liaoning Province Traffic Construction College tunnel engineering training field as an example, after analyzing its achievable function, this paper presents a dynamic allocation coefficient method, namely for different periods of tunnel training field training session, using Different weight coefficient a, to achieve the specific realization of the goal, so as to achieve dynamic assessment management system. This mode of operation can provide some practical reference for other training field.
