12AlMoVR钢是我国自行研制成功的符合国内资源,抗高温硫腐蚀性能良好的低合金钢,其生产工艺成熟,机械性能稳定,容器制造工艺性能良好,从1975年起炼油厂长期使用效果良好。 该钢在胜利炼油厂及南京炼油厂塔壁实际减薄及挂片数据表明,其腐蚀率比原用碳钢小三倍。由此估算用该钢制造250万吨/年炼油厂的φ6400mm减压塔一座,比碳钢可节省费用100～160万元,并可缩短维修工期,延长运行周期,具有显著的经济效益。
12AlMoVR steel is a low-alloy steel which has been successfully developed by our country in line with domestic resources and has good corrosion resistance to high-temperature sulfur. The production process of the 12AlMoVR steel is mature, the mechanical properties are stable, and the manufacturing performance of the container is good. The steel in the Shengli Refinery and Nanjing Refinery Tower wall actually thinning and coupons data show that the corrosion rate three times smaller than the original carbon steel.
