我矿湿式自磨机从1966年筹建,1971年完工试产。投产两年来,运转4360小时,处理矿石33万吨。在生产过程中,为了适应生产需要,在党支部领导下,相继作了皮带安装、增添排矿绕笼、皮带通廊加盖、磨机衬板改进、磨机小牙轮润滑改进、流程管道更改以及转速试验等项目。采取了这些措施,促使生产顺利进行。现将其中几项主要的改进分述如下: 改变前后生产情况如表1所示。
