1.转盘特点(1)热处理工艺盘是上海锻压机床厂在上海计算尺厂的协助下用塑料制成的,转盘表中列入了六十种钢材品种(见图)。(2)应用热处理工艺转盘表可迅速查出上述各钢种的淬火加热温度以及淬火、回火对各钢种的加热时间关系,完全退火温度以及回火温度与回火后硬度(HRC)的关系。(3)可根据各使用单位的生产设备、工件形状厚度等不同,对热处理工艺转盘表中的某些数据
