管道系统是一种多支撑结构,使用传统的评价方法难于考虑整个管道系统的减振效果。本文针对管路系统的振动传递特点,提炼出“梁-矩形薄板耦合”这一理论模型,以振动功率流为基础,分别对管路振动及综合评价方法进行了理论分析和数值计算。理论分析表明,功率流评价指标可以反映出系统的各阶模态信息,包含较为完整的系统动态特性信息,并且能够评价多支撑隔振系统各个路径的主次与整个系统的隔振效率。
Pipeline system is a multi-support structure, the use of traditional evaluation methods difficult to consider the damping effect of the entire pipe system. In this paper, according to the vibration transmission characteristics of pipeline system, the theoretical model of “beam - rectangular thin plate coupling” is extracted. Based on the vibration power flow, the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of the pipeline vibration and comprehensive evaluation method are respectively carried out. The theoretical analysis shows that the power flow evaluation index can reflect the various modal information of the system, including the complete system dynamic characteristic information, and can evaluate the primary and secondary vibration isolation efficiency of each path of the multi-support vibration isolation system and the whole system.
