绍政发[2017]11号各区、县(市)人民政府,市政府各部门、各单位:2017年绍兴市国民经济和社会发展计划已经市八届人大一次会议审议批准,现印发给你们,请认真部署落实。有关专业计划由市发改委另行组织下达。2017年全市国民经济和社会发展主要预期目标是:——地区生产总值增长7%以上;——一般公共预算收入增长7.5%;——固定资产投资增长10%以上;——社会消费品零售总额增长10%;—外贸出口总额增长4%;——研究与试验发展经费支出占生产总值
Shao Zheng Fa [2017] No. 11 All districts and counties (cities) People’s Governments and municipal government departments and units: In 2017, Shaoxing’s national economic and social development plan has been reviewed and approved by the First Session of the Eighth National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China and is hereby issued to you. Please carefully implement the implementation. Relevant professional plan issued by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission separately. The main targets of the national economic and social development of the city in 2017 are: - GDP growth of over 7%; - General public budget revenue growth of 7.5%; - Investment in fixed assets of over 10%; - Total retail sales of social consumer goods An increase of 10%; - the total export growth of 4%; - research and experimental development expenditures in the total output value
