2013年新闻出版工作的总体要求:深入学习宣传贯彻党的十八大精神,高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜,以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观为指导,落实中央经济工作会议、全国宣传部长会议部署,高举旗帜、围绕大局、服务人民、改革创新,坚持贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众,坚持稳中求进的工作总基调,紧紧围绕全面建成小康社会这个目标,加快落实新闻出版业“十二五”规划,深化改革开放,加快转型升级,多出精品力作,提升传播能力,落实惠民工程,拉动出版消费,充分发挥新闻出版业在文化建设中的基础性作用,切实加快推进新闻出版强国建设,为全面建成小康社会作出新的更大贡献。
