高校社区卫生服务(community health services,CHS)在某特定时期内具备一定优势与劣势,面临机会与威胁,并在一定条件下会相互转换[1]。SWOT分析是识别组织自身优势(Strengths)和劣势(Weaknesses),判别机遇(Opportunities)与威胁(Threats),侧重于组织内部微观环境的分析。PEST分析则从政治环境(Political)、经济环境(Economic)、社会环境(So-cial)、技术环境(Technological)4个方面分析影响组织发展的各项因素,侧重于组织外部宏观环境的分析。SWOT和PEST分析是战略管理的重要技术,在国内外卫生服务策略开发中得到
Community health services (CHS) in colleges and universities have certain advantages and disadvantages in a certain period of time, facing opportunities and threats, and will be transformed under certain conditions [1]. SWOT analysis is to identify the organization’s own strengths and weaknesses, identify opportunities and threats, and focus on the analysis of the micro-environment within the organization. PEST analysis analyzes various factors that influence the development of an organization from four aspects: Political, Economic, So-cial and Technological, and focuses on the analysis of the external macro-environment of the organization.
