本文用Green函数方法研究了不同类型的杂质对简立方晶体(SCC)(100)面顶位、桥位和心位化学吸附的影响。并讨论了分裂态的产生与吸附位置。杂质(△ε)以及吸附原子和衬底之间的相互作用势(v)之间的关系。
In this paper, the Green function method was used to study the effect of different types of impurities on chemisorption at the top, bridge and site of the simple cubic crystal (SCC) (100) surface. The location of cleavage and adsorption are also discussed. Impurity (Δε) and the interaction potential (v) between the adsorbed atoms and the substrate.
