本文介绍了采用光电传感器检测TIG焊缝熔透状况。通过单片机对脉冲焊接电流峰值及基值宽度的调节，控制圆筒形管环焊缝熔深的原理及方法。提出了一种简单实用的熔透控制系统。
This article describes the use of photoelectric sensors to detect TIG weld penetration. Through the single-chip pulse welding current peak and the base width of the regulation, control of cylindrical pipe ring weld penetration principle and method.
