改革的初步尝试及成效 根据党中央的开放政策,我校于一九七九年在附属南方医院创办了一间华侨病房,名为 “惠侨楼”。 “惠侨楼”主要承担港澳同胞,海外侨胞及国际友人的疾病诊疗和健康检查任务。该楼有二百张床位,其门诊、住院、经济核算、后勤保障都有相对的独立性,所以具有“小型医院”的特点。我们在这个“小型医院”进行了一些改革,目的在于通过试点,摸索出部队医院科学管理的新路子。具体做了以下三个方面的工作。
Initial attempts and effectiveness of the reform According to the open policy of the Central Party Committee, our school established an overseas Chinese ward in 1979 at the subsidiary Nanfang Hospital, which is called Huiqiao Tower. “Qiaqiaolou” mainly undertakes the task of disease diagnosis and treatment and health inspection for Hong Kong and Macao compatriots, overseas Chinese and international friends. There are 200 beds in this building, and their outpatient services, hospitalization, economic accounting, and logistical support are relatively independent, so they have the characteristics of a “small hospital”. We have carried out some reforms in this “small hospital” with the aim of trying to find a new way for scientific management of military hospitals. Specific work in the following three areas.
