生活方式、心理行为、生态环境与疾病发生发展死亡的关系,日益为人们所重视;疾病流行模式的改变、疾病谱的变化、为预防医学研究,为疾病控制提出了新的策略与任务。为了探索社会因素对居民健康的影响,为制订合理的卫生保健计划提供依据,按照 Dever 氏提出的流行学模式,我们以整群抽样调查的方法对分布在海门县东、西、南、北、中的五个乡1981年1019例一岁以上全部死亡病例进行了社会医学调查与综合分析,现将主要结果报导如下。
The relationship between lifestyle, psychological behavior, ecological environment, and the occurrence, development and death of diseases has been increasingly valued by people; changes in disease epidemiological patterns, changes in disease spectrum, prevention medical research, and new strategies and tasks for disease control. In order to explore the influence of social factors on the health of residents and provide a basis for formulating a rational health care plan, according to the epidemiological model proposed by Dever’s, we use the cluster sampling method to distribute in the east, west, south, and north of Haimen County. In 5 of the 5 townships in 1981, a total of 1019 cases of all deaths over the age of one year were subjected to social medical surveys and comprehensive analysis. The main findings are reported below.
