笔者在使用L-80单板机的控制台中发现单板机的随机存储器RAM是一种失效记忆元件,它的损坏率较高,一旦RAM中的某个单元损坏(不可读或不可写),经常不易被发现,但是它能直接影响到控制台的可靠性,所以往往需要检查RAM的好坏来确认控制台的可靠性,因L-80的单板机RAM有4k的字节,所以要是用人工键入检查既繁琐又慢。笔者因工作需要编制了一个检查L-80单板机中RAM随机存储器的通用程序,本程序可以按照操作者给定的地址和字节逐行的检查,一旦发现有不可读或不可写的单元就会自动停止执行,并通过LED显
