DE-C系列电火花加工机是联邦德国DECKEL公司的产品,承袭了DECKEL公司有悠久生产历史的精密数控铣床上的一些特点和成果,使它在结构和性能上很有特色。本文根据1987年5月29日在苏州召开的DE-25C机床销售与技术研讨会所了解的情况作一浅析。一、机床结构特点(一)刚性高、精度保持性好。机床底座设计十分稳固。采用低应力高防震铸件制造。为使应力平衡和热平衡,在机床身的相应部位挖了许多孔,以提高刚性克服变形。
