In the school physical education, to some extent there is emphasis on physical education, while ignoring the phenomenon of psychological education, resulting in students have emotional problems in learning, thus affecting the effectiveness of physical education. Emotional disorder in physical education refers to students’ passive emotional states that affect their normal learning behavior and physical activity performance during their learning process. Common emotional disorders can be attributed to fear emotions, timid emotions, excessive tension, fear and antagonism and so on. The emergence of these emotions, on the one hand is affected by the daily personal emotions, on the other hand by the process of physical education
