推铅球时,“左侧支撑”的技术比较难掌握,但这是一个非常重要的技术要点。在中学铅球教学中,学生在学习“左侧支撑”技术时常常会出现以下几种错误: 一、支撑腿弯屈。即在左脚落地后,左腿不是向前上方蹬顶,而是膝关节弯曲,身体重心下降。二、支撑脚偏离。左脚落地时偏左或者偏右,从而导致身体向右或者向左倾倒。三、向后支撑。由于左脚落地后僵直支撑,造成身体后退。四、支撑不充分。左腿支撑时始终是全脚支撑,最后没有从全脚掌支撑过渡到前脚掌支撑。针对这些问题,教师应重点抓好以下两点:
