作者观察了乙酰水杨酸睾酮(TA)对去势雄性大鼠所呈的生物活性、时效关系、量效关系及不同给药途径对其活性的影响。结果表明:TA单次肌注与丙酸睾酮(TP)相比,具有缓慢、温和、持久的生物活性;其雄激素作用与同化作用呈不同步消退。据此,作者认为TA在临床应用上可能有前途,并对今后设计两种作用分离较明显的化合物,有参考价值。
The authors observed the bioactivity, time-dependence, dose-response relationship of testosterone acetylsalicylic acid (TA) administered to ovariectomized male rats and the effect of different routes of administration on its activity. The results showed that: TA single intramuscular injection compared with testosterone propionate (TP), with a slow, mild and long-lasting biological activity; androgenic and assimilation was not subsided. Accordingly, the authors believe that TA may have a promising clinical application, and for the future design of two compounds isolated more obvious role, with reference value.
