目的利用多种统计学方法分析舒咽组方的配伍合理性。方法以抗炎效果为指标,分别以二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀为模型,运用均匀设计结合偏最小二乘回归(UD-PLS)对复方配伍的抗炎规律进行分析;以角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀为模型,运用正交t值法对考察复方配伍的抗炎规律。结果 5味药材均有抗炎效果,其抗炎效果比较黄芩>山豆根>锦灯笼>生地>胖大海;配伍上,黄芩-锦灯笼、黄芩-生地配伍后抗炎效果加强,说明锦灯笼和生地能促进黄芩的抗炎作用。结论通过将中医基础理论用现代科学方法加以诠释,多方面多角度验证了舒咽组方的合理性、有效性。
Objective To analyze the rationality of compatibility of Shuyan prescription with various statistical methods. Methods Anti-inflammatory effect was used as an index to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of compound prescription by xylene-induced ear swelling in mice. Uniform design combined with partial least squares regression (UD-PLS) Rat paw edema as a model, the use of orthogonal t value of the anti-inflammatory study of compound compatibility. The results of five herbs have anti-inflammatory effect, the anti-inflammatory effect of Scutellariae> Shandougan> Jin lantern> habitat> fat sea; compatibility, Scutellaria - Kam lantern, Scutellaria - habitat compatibility after anti-inflammatory effect, And habitat can promote the anti-inflammatory effect of Scutellaria. Conclusion Through the interpretation of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine by modern scientific methods, the rationality and validity of Shu-Fang prescription are validated in many aspects.
