目的建立热毒宁注射液中糖类成分测定方法。方法采用Waters Carbohydrate(3.9mm×300mm)氨基键合硅胶色谱柱,蒸发光散射检测器,以乙腈-水(83∶17)为流动相,流速为1.2 ml/min。结果同时测定果糖和葡萄糖的含量,色谱峰分离度良好;果糖浓度在0.4056~4.056μg范围内,其浓度对数-峰面积对数呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为102.3%,RSD为2.8%;葡萄糖浓度在0.8348~8.348μg范围内,其浓度对数-峰面积对数呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102%,RSD为2.9%。结论该法简便、快速、准确、可靠,可使果糖和葡萄糖呈现良好的分离度,适用于热毒宁注射液中果糖和葡萄糖含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of sugars in Renduining injection. Methods Waters Carbohydrate (3.9mm × 300mm) amino-bonded silica gel column was used to evaporate the light scattering detector. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (83:17) with a flow rate of 1.2 ml / min. The results showed that the concentration of fructose and glucose was good at the same time. The concentration of fructose in the range of 0.4056 ~ 4.056μg showed a good linearity (r = 0.9992), the average recovery was 102.3 %, RSD was 2.8%. The concentration of glucose in the range of 0.8348 ~ 8.348μg showed a good linear relationship between logarithm-peak area (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 102% and RSD was 2.9%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, which can make fructose and glucose show a good resolution. It is suitable for the determination of fructose and glucose in Revinu injection.
