党和国家非常重视农业,提出要“科技、教育兴农”.农村中小学如何适应这种形势,如何为“兴农”服务,这是农村教育改革的一个重要课题.1989年我们县提出,在农村中小学创建“教科农”结合的实体,并进行了近二年的实践,试图探索一条“教育兴农”的新路子.(一)“教科农”实体的设想“教科农”结合的基本思路是:“开通教育渠,引进科技水.灌溉农业田,结出富民果.”
