我是哈尔滨铁路局佳木斯车辆段的教师,在铁路系统从事职工教育已经28年了。我认为,岗位培训的教学工作必须遵循面向生产、按需施教的原则。在教学实践中,我是这样做的: 1.自编教材。对铁路职工进行岗位培训,首先遇到的难题是缺乏教材。俗话说:“巧媳妇难做无米之炊。”在处、段领导的支持下,我根据铁路职工岗位培训的实际需要,先后编写了10余本教材,约30余万字。1985年我编写了《货物列车技术检查作业过程》录像稿本,后来又组织现场录像,该片由中国铁道出版社音像制品厂出
I am a teacher at Jiamusi Depot of Harbin Railway Bureau and has been educating the staff in the railway system for 28 years. In my opinion, the job training of teaching must follow the principle of production-oriented, on-demand teaching. In teaching practice, I did this: 1. Self-compiled textbooks. Job training for railway workers, the first problem encountered is the lack of teaching materials. As the saying goes: “Qiao daughter-in-law is difficult to make without rice.” With the support of the leaders at the district and section level, I compiled more than 10 textbooks in the light of the actual needs of the training of job positions for railway workers.
