教育是需要爱的。法国著名教育家卢梭曾说“凡是教师缺乏爱心的地方,无论品格还是智慧都不能充分自由的发展。只有真心实意去爱学生,才能够精雕细刻的去塑造他们的灵魂。”中国教育家鲁迅也说“教育是植根于爱的。”因此,做好班主任工作必须有一颗爱心。只有真心爱学生,才能深入到学生心灵深处与他们交流,进而感化、改变一个人。对于这一点,我深有体会。
Education needs love. Rousseau, a famous French educator, once said: “Where teachers lack love, neither character nor wisdom can develop fully and freely, and only with the sincere intention of loving the students can they elaborately mold their souls.” China Educator Lu Xun also said that “education is rooted in love.” Therefore, there must be a love for the teacher in charge of class work. Only true love students, in-depth understanding of students to communicate with them, and thus influence, change a person. For this, I deeply understand.
