房地产经营与评估专业是高职院校重要的专业之一,而《房地产估价》课程是改专业重要的课程,对提高学生房地产评估职业能力具有重要的帮助。本文首先分析高职院校《房地产估价》课程的主要定位以及整体设计思路,然后基于工作过程提出《房地产估价》课程的具体教学设计内容,供有关人员参考。房地产属于商品经济的范畴,作为一种交易的对象,需要对其的价值进行有效的评估。在我国市场经济快速发展的过程中,房地产交易活动日益频繁,并呈现多元化的发展状态。
Real estate management and appraisal major is one of the important major in higher vocational colleges, and “real estate appraisal” is to change the course of professional and important courses, to improve students’ professional ability to assess real estate has important help. This article first analyzes the main position and the overall design mentality of “real estate appraisal” course in higher vocational colleges, and then puts forward the specific teaching design content of “real estate appraisal” course based on the working process for the reference of relevant personnel. Real estate belongs to the category of commodity economy. As a target of transaction, its value needs to be effectively evaluated. In the process of rapid development of market economy in our country, real estate transaction activities are increasingly frequent and diversified development status.
