从熟地黄提取物中分离得到具有增强红细胞变形性的活性成分。 材料与方法:①实验动物为KLW:Wistar系雄性大鼠(260～300g)。②红细胞变形性试验:受试品(鲜地黄、干地黄及熟地黄的50% 乙醇提取物)溶于水中;5-羟甲基糖醛(5-HMF)溶于5% 吐温80。各组大鼠经口给予不同浓度的受试溶液
The active ingredient with enhanced red blood cell deformability was isolated from the extract of Radix Rehmanniae. Materials and Methods: 1 The experimental animals were male KLW:Wistar rats (260-300 g). 2 Erythrocyte deformability test: The test articles (50% ethanol extract of Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Rehmanniae, and Rehmannia glutinosa) were dissolved in water; 5-hydroxymethyl aldehyde (5-HMF) was dissolved in 5% Tween 80. Each group of rats was orally given different concentrations of test solutions
