病毒性肝炎患者临床上常有轻重不等的止凝血功能障碍,血小板和血管壁前列腺素代谢产物TXA_2和PGI_2参与体内止凝血过程的调节。但病毒性肝炎时有关TXA_2和PGI_2的代谢,国内外文献报道甚少。本文对30例正常人和176例各种类型的病毒性肝炎患者的血浆TXA_2,PGI_2的代谢终产物TXB_2和6—酮PGF_(1α)进行了检测,现报道于下。材料与方法一.研究对象 (一)正常人组:30例,男20例,女10例,年龄18~65岁,均系本院键康职工,无心、肝、肾、肺疾病史,无血
Viral hepatitis patients often clinically varying degrees of coagulation dysfunction, platelet and vascular wall prostaglandin metabolites TXA_2 and PGI_2 involved in the regulation of the process of coagulation in vivo. But when the viral hepatitis TXA_2 and PGI_2 metabolism, domestic and foreign literature rarely reported. In this paper, TXB_2 and PGI_2, the metabolites of TXB_2 and 6-keto PGF_ (1α), were determined in 30 normal subjects and 176 patients with various types of viral hepatitis and are reported below.
