1 材料和方法供试品种为兰州大片籽瓜种子。种子放在24、30、35、40、45℃的不同水温中,分别浸种6、12、18、24小时后取出,用玻板直立发芽法。从置床即日起,定时观察记载种子的发芽情况,发芽48小时量取根长(包括下胚轴),第五天计算发芽率及活力指数。 2 结果分析 2.1 不同水温处理对种子生活力的影响处理前、后的种子发芽率。从表中看出,未经浸种处理的种子发芽率极低,介于35~50%之间。种子在五种不同水温条件下浸种,分别处理6、12、18、24小时后发芽,除45℃水温处理18和24小时的发芽率低于对照外,其

Seeds were placed in different water temperatures of 24,30,35,40,45 ℃, respectively, soaking 6,12,18,24 hours after taking out, with a glass plate upright germination. From the moment of implantation, the germination of the seeds was observed and recorded regularly. The root length (including hypocotyls) was measured 48 hours after germination and the germination rate and vigor index were calculated on the fifth day. 2 Results Analysis 2.1 different water temperature on seed viability of seed treatment before and after the germination rate.
