男患17岁。因腹痛、腹泻7个月余,粘液血便4天,于1980年4月7日住院。查体:皮肤、粘膜无皮疹,眼结膜无充血,口腔粘膜及舌体无溃疡。腹软,脐右侧轻压痛,粪潜血(++)。X线钡灌肠见升结肠及回盲部极度挛缩,胃及十二指肠钡透,见十二指肠球部有一个0.5×1.0cm之龛影,诊为十二指肠球部溃疡。住院第14天,阴囊出现一个3×3cm圆形溃疡,第16天出现右扁桃体2×2cm
