1一般资料收集我院2000-01—2006-05间269例输尿管结石,行逆行尿路造影128例,检查出输尿管结石并息肉者36例;男17例,女19例;左侧15例,右侧21例,同时伴肾结石14例;年龄23~67岁;病程3个月~17年;有肾绞痛史28例;36例均为阳性结石,其中输尿管上段24例,中段9例,下段3例;本组均行IVU
