食品安全与人类生命健康息息相关,更是一个全球性课题,世界各国针对食品安全犯罪问题进行了有益的尝试与创新。即使在食品安全制度相对健全的发达国家,食品安全问题也是层出不穷,世界各国都加大了打击力度。借鉴他国经验,我国应获得的启示是:树立食品消费者至上的食品安全法律控制理念。
Food safety is closely related to human life and health. It is even more a global issue. Countries all over the world have made useful attempts and innovations in the field of food safety crime. Even in the developed countries where the food safety system is relatively sound, food safety problems are emerging one after another, and all countries in the world have intensified their crackdown efforts. Drawing on the experience of other countries, the enlightenment that our country should obtain is: Establishing the food control law concept of food safety for the supreme consumers.
