用ＭＳ培养基对金丝小束花药进行离体培养，诱导愈伤组织，并再生小植株。研究结果表明，花药的采接时期、低温处理及不同激素浓度对愈伤组织诱导有直接影响；６—ＢＡ是愈伤组织分化成绿色生长点及绿芽再生小植株的主要因素。
In vitro culture of MSG was used to induce callus and regeneration of plantlets. The results showed that 6-BA was the main factor that callus differentiated into green growth point and green shoot regenerated plantlets in the period of pick-up, low temperature treatment and different hormone concentrations.
