本文就几个主要部位轴承损坏的原因及预防措施作简要介绍。1.主离合器分离轴承常用牌号为588913K、8112、986711、360111等,安装在离合器分离轴承座上。当主离合器分离时,与离合器分离杠杆作滚动接触,杠杆头部的磨损极小。常见损坏形式是磨损过度,当其与分离杠杆接触时,能听到松旷的声音; 轴承烧结不能转动,严重时将杠杆头部磨掉,使主离合器不能分离。损坏的主要原因是,未定期添加润滑脂;操作方法不正确;轴承间隙留得过小或从动片磨损后与杠杆的间隙变小又未及时调
