The leading cadres of the young are a generation of a cross-century and shoulder the heavy responsibility of history. The construction of the ideological and technological style of the young leading cadres is related to the strength and weakness of a leading group and a contingent of cadres in terms of combat effectiveness, cohesion and charisma.
