本文以南京市规划局的规划编制成果GIS建库及动态更新为例,归纳总结了不同规划编制成果的数据特性和共性,并将GIS理念贯穿于标准制订、规划编制、质检建库、动态维护的各个方面;重点阐述了运用区域更新的方式,实现各类成果的“一张图”管理和维护;同时,还介绍了数据库体的设计思路及配套制度建设,并从未来数据共享应用的角度,提出了规划编制成果GIS建库和更新的一些见解和思考。
In this paper, taking Nanjing City Planning Bureau’s planning compilation results GIS database and dynamic update as an example, this paper summarizes the data characteristics and commonalities of different planning compilation results and GIS concept runs through standard formulation, planning compilation, quality inspection database, dynamic Maintenance of all aspects; focus on the use of regional update approach to achieve all kinds of results “a picture ” management and maintenance; at the same time, also introduced the database body design ideas and supporting system construction, and from the future data sharing Application point of view, put forward some ideas and reflections on the planning and preparation of results GIS database and update.
