炼铜转炉渣主要由Fe—SiO_2二元系统和磁性氧化铁组成。由于炉料组分及吹炼条件的变化,其中尚有冰铜和金属等状态存在的铜及其它组份。本试验以云南冶炼厂转炉渣为对象进行研究,该炉渣中铜主要与硫结合形成硫化亚铜,同时与硫化铁相互共熔形成冰铜合金,占总铜量的90%左右。另外,尚有少量黄铜矿、铜兰、金属铜及氧化亚铜。铁主要与矽酸盐形成铁橄榄石和磁铁矿,
Copper converter slag is mainly composed of Fe-SiO 2 binary system and magnetic iron oxide. Due to changes in charge composition and blowing conditions, there are still copper and other components of the state of matte and metal. In this experiment, the converter slag of Yunnan Smelter was studied. The copper in the slag mainly combines with sulfur to form cuprous sulfide. Simultaneously, it forms ebonite alloy with iron sulfide, accounting for about 90% of the total copper content.
