本文针对钠盐处理含钒铁水水法提钒工艺中产生低价钒的根源进行了探索研究,认为在高碱度下V~(5+)与S(2-)有相对稳定与共存的可能,并计算了共存区的碱度,还对除硫与提高五价钒之间的关系进行了试验,从而验证了共存观点。此外,还探索研究了金属含氧酸除硫,并在这一基础上提出采用控制浸出办法能有效地提高五价钒占全钒的比例。最后介绍了不用氧化剂,在电渗析脱钠的同时电氧化低价钒的工艺和经验。
In this paper, the origin of low-valent vanadium produced by vanadium-bearing molten iron and water was studied in this paper. It is concluded that the relative stability and coexistence of V ~ (5+) and S (2-) , And calculated the alkalinity of the coexistence zone, also tested the relationship between sulfur removal and the improvement of pentavalent vanadium, thus verifying the coexistence point of view. In addition, we also explored the sulfur removal of metal oxo acids and proposed that the proportion of pentavalent vanadium to total vanadium should be effectively increased by controlled leaching method. Finally, we introduce the technology and experience of electrooxidizing low vanadium without using oxidizer and electrodialysis.
