介绍了目前国内外研制的几种石油钻机用摩擦材料的主要成分、摩擦磨损性能和热性能;探讨了各种工况对摩擦材料的选用原则。试验机测试结果和现场使用情况证明,国产摩擦材料性能接近或超过进口摩擦材料,完全可以取代进口材料。
The main components, friction and wear properties and thermal properties of several friction materials for oil rigs developed at home and abroad are introduced. The selection principle of friction materials for various working conditions is discussed. Test machine test results and on-site use proved that the performance of domestic friction materials close to or more than imported friction materials, can completely replace imported materials.
