为了克服仅仅以铸坯热平衡为基础进行建模的不足,针对传热、钢水流动和凝固三种现象,建立起铸坯凝固过程的数学模型。实验表明,基于这种模型的计算机模拟结果与实际连铸生产中的铸坯凝固过程十分接近,为铸坯冷却控制提供了可靠的保证。
In order to overcome the shortcoming of modeling based on the thermal balance of slab, the mathematical model of slab solidification process is established for the three phenomena of heat transfer, molten steel flow and solidification. Experiments show that the results of computer simulation based on this model are very close to the solidification process of the slab in the continuous casting process and provide a reliable guarantee for the slab cooling control.
