果蔬储藏与检测是果蔬生产与销售、消费之间的一个重要的技术环节,其任务是通过提高果蔬质量而获得较高的产值,提高果蔬的纯经济效益,保证商品质量。通过对企事业单位调研,根据《果蔬储藏与检测》课程的教学任务,笔者按照课程“项目化教学”方式设置课程内容,制订《果蔬储藏与检测》这门课程的课程标准,以期做到理实融合式教学,避免理论与实践相脱节。
