胎龄4—5个月的胎肝组织含有较丰富的造血干细胞。近年来国内外报告,用胎肝细胞移植(下称FLT)治疗某些血液病有一定的疗效。我们自1981年3月至1982年12月用FLT共治疗再生障碍性贫血10例(下称再障),急性白血病10例。共输注胎肝细胞42例次,现将治疗结果报告如下。
